Roofing - Kinton Carbide

Kinton Carbide manufactures here in the USA replacement roof cutting saw blades. These blades are laser cut from 3/16” thick A235 carbon steel with brazed tungsten carbide tips and a 1-inch hole. The replacement blades, with a cutting depth of 2-1/4” fit all standard roof cutter machines. We also have the fabrication ability for custom designs. We provide 12- and 14-inch dual blades along with 12-inch quad blades.

The special grade of tungsten carbide chosen for these blades provides long wear and is shock resistant. It is also good for high impact procedures. The cutting angle of the blades provide the ability to slice through tough roofing materials and improves the longevity of the blades.
